forwarded to the Washington Northern Historical Society in Port Andrews,
Washington. More will be presented as we continue to comb through the

1970 Dinner Train Poster
Shortly before the national Amtrak takeover, the WN tried to stir up more
traffice for it's slowly shrinking but still profitable passenger service
between Port Andrews and Portland. Here is one of the posters advertising
the beautiful scenery and brand new cuisine offered on the summer weekend

May 1918 Round Trip Ticket
A round trip ticket on train 305 from Forks, Washington to Portland, Oregon's
Union Station from 1918. Fare, $4 each way.
1962 Travel Poster
Advertising the Bayview Limited. This was a deluxe passenger service that
ran one train a day each way between Port Andrews, WA and Portland OR.
The Bayview Limited made it's last revenue run on April 14, 1966 after
disappointing advanced holiday season bookings.
1962 Washington Northern Train
Form 19 train order issued October 11, 1962 for maintenance work at the
Sappho Spur at Sappho, Washington.
